Job Summary: To provide data analysis for the Strategic Execution and Analytics Department, including collaboration with all departments to identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs and to work closely with users and Information Technology to translate data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Encompass the three virtues of the Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry & People Smart).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or related quantitative field is required. Graduate Degree with course work in statistical analysis, strategy, forecasting, or finance is preferred.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related field of business analysis, planning, statistics, forecasting or related technical experience” is required.

• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python or R to support mathematical analysis.

• Must be a self-learner and starter, willing to dig, with the ability to work independently or with teams. Ability to efficiently communicate data analytics methods and complex problems to non-technical teams and stakeholders.

• Must have knowledge of data analysis and modeling tools to ensure model integrity and the ability to apply the models to business decisions.

• Must be able to handle, interpret and translate complex quantitative analysis, facilitate data collection between a broad variety of personnel and multiple departments, and write, review, and present final reports to all levels of the organization.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively, as well as be highly driven and self-motivated.
