The Engineers and Operations Association (E&O) will host the joint E&O meeting on July 12-14, 2017 at the Marriott Griffin Gate, 1800 Newtown Pike, Lexington, Kentucky 40511. We recommend you dress in business-casual attire on both days.
On Wednesday, July 12 we will host a golf outing beginning at 1 PM with a welcome reception from 4-6 PM. Registration and tradeshow will begin at 8:00 am (EST) on Thursday, July 13. We will have breakfast provided in the room each morning, as well as coffee and sodas available all day. We will conclude Thursday’s meeting with a hospitality room. Friday’s meeting will end by noon.
The total cost of the conference will be divided equally among the total number of participants, and each cooperative will be billed accordingly. Because of firm commitments given to the hotel, no shows and late cancellations after June 23, will be billed for meals and breaks.
